I don't think that's fair to say. I mean sure for a few too many main characters, their signature move is either a big punch or a beam attack, but there's plenty of room for moveset variety, especially if they play into each character's respective gimmicks. Luffy, JoJo, and Chainsawman should all play radically different from each other.
