Do other countries have a police branch solely dedicated to ticking people?
Here, while the cops that fight crimes and whatnot can technically ticket you, it's extremely rare for them to do so. On the other hand, we have these blue and yellow faggots that do nothing but stay by the side of roads dishing out infractions.
