Maybe make games that people want? Avvowed, Redfall, Hellblade 2, Doom The Dark Ages, and South of Midnight isn't it. But considering MS/Xbox has a mandate on studios not making attractive female characters with sexy armor it's not surprising that they aren't making games that gamers want. The next Fable and Perfect Dark game already look fucked.
