10 IoT LTSC has graphical glitches on my hardware but it never used to. It's not the graphics card driver as this hasn't changed for years. Even upgrading it to the latest doesn't help.

The problem is when you enter Task View (win+tab), a 1-4 pixel line remains along the top of the Taskbar from whatever was drawn there previously e.g. the pixels from the bottom of a maximised window.

It only happens on display scaling at 150-175%, but these are the only two usable scales on this hardware.

I think I need to go back to 11.
