Though my interpretation of it is that deep down, on some level, the MC always wanted to be an easy-going slut. The story doesn't show society automatically giving him an easy-mode pass when he becomes a girl, it shows him melting after a modicum of parental affection, and choosing to slack off so he can pose in front of a mirror in cute outfits and post anonymous lewds on the internet. He's unable to keep up his old habits despite lacing that privileged female upbringing and having experienced the supposed hardships of being male

DATE's Medicine series (and a lot of modern TSF stuff really) feels like it's meant to resonate with guys like the MC by presenting these escapist fantasies. It goes beyond acknowledging that gendered expectations are wonky nowadays and wishing for things to be fairer; "normal" losers just get jealous of chads instead
