No, the girl with the pistols is Eira (named Miul in KR). Her thing is using pistols for mid range attacks and popping in and out of portals for quick bursts of stamina recovery.
She also has an extra set of skills to access that give her "special bullets" like a ground AoE, a quick burst of DPS, and a damage buff on her attacks.
