They did do Hyper Bomb and are planning for Gemini Laser on a future wave.
Maybe someone just liked Wood and Bubble in the team and thought they needed more love. I'm not complaining, but I'm wondering what other robot masters will they do on 3. I know Blues and Snake Man are in iirc.

I expected Metal and Quick, or Crash and Flash, since they don't tend to use robot masters whose body type is too different from each other (it's why Guts Man didn't get a figure).
