If you look on Offchain Labs website, they haven't published a blog article in more than a year. They have essentialy stopped updating Arbitrum and have failed to deliver on their promise for the network which was decentralized nodes and decentralized sequencer (similar to how Chainlink failed to deliver on staking and slashing). They have rugged after raising billions of dollars but nobody will go to jail because VCs made their money and the SEC is bought and paid for.
