Alter's racial is so hilariously busted.
>activate Highborn
>infinite mana.exe
>unfiltered unhinged spam of high power spells
>keep enemies stunlocked with staggers
>slow mana regen completely negated for 60 seconds
>can spam high xp spells to gain insane amounts of levels in no time

It honestly feels cheaty. I can level like 30-40 points of conjuration just spamming soultrap on a corpse over and over with that racial. It's easy to make an OP character in Skyrim but not at level 1.
