When I bought some app calling credits and called his number using a bank's open WiFi in town, he just said "I don't speak English" and hung up on me after 10 seconds. I sent him Agoda messages in Polish, with no response of course. Luckily some other guests were stopping by their room just as I returned to the pokoje, and the guy courteously called the landlord on my behalf. After ten minutes of talking, my friend retrieved some keys that were hanging on the inside of the gate and handed them to me. Otherwise, Zyrardow is a very pleasant small town. Next challenge will be getting my laundry done.
