Not sure how to cope with the season 6 changes; despite his nerf Roose was still the premier panic-focused commander for Stannis-loyalty Baratheons
Davos (C) does a decent impression of Roose's healing and control with Fealty to the Crown and Parley, but then you can't take Davos as an attachment in a unit of Lightbringers. This combo was already quite strong, and is even stronger now with the buff to True Conviction. The other good attachment option for Lightbringers, the Red Priestess, got changed to melee-only. It's really hard to justify not taking Davos-in-Lightbringers just to access his tactics cards.
I think I'll be playing more of Stannis, Rightful Heir. He still seems strong despite the Tactical Approach nerf, and the free points for attachments helps him tote along Justin Massey, who was necessary to fish out your strong tactics cards but also pretty expensive in an army of expensive units.

Tentative list which I'll try out soon. Vargo in Wardens is a meme, but with every army having 4 points of free attachments now, you're more likely to run into problem attachments that you'd really like to delete.
