The game never implies this at all.
This game clearly states that there is a heart which causes the conflict by crying a river of tears and a heart which assists the heroes in resolving it by guiding them "through the waves" with a "guiding light". The Soul has fulfilled every characteristic attributed to the latter, and none of the former. There is zero reason to believe that the Soul is the demon.

Please refrain from further insults, I have no interest in discussing this with someone being childish.
