It seems like that's just the hull being one, big part. You would agree with you if not for older lego having big, specialized pieces as well. You can creatively customise this ship however you want though. Not really a bad thing

You can always make your story. That's how I reject sequel trilogy ever existing. Sounds like SW vs OG themes more of thing, which also have 4+ sets
