Winrate means nothing unless you also show me their pick rate. Invisible woman is the third most picked healer but she is harder for any retard to pick up and get good value out of lowering her winrate unlike Rocket where a literal bot could hit celestial with or Luna whose ult wins games for free.
People pick her because she is good it isn't the character's fault support players are bad. People fill support and when they fill they do better on easier supports to get high value out of as they will get more value than the people filling on the other team as IW. Mantis for example has a high winrate atm not because she is good but because nobody picks her except Mantis mains inflating her winrate
