this is a hard balance... 3p > 5p because of 1p in kamicha discard pile, 23p is easier to call. 5s sakigiri is really good for defense though.
how do you decide between 5s and 3p, what would need to change to make you prefer 5s?
bonus question: do you call everything and rush to fastest tenpai, or try to maintain defense?
