i take every liberty i can if im being honest
i take an hour for lunch, i walk around, i browse online, i make enough meaningful small changes that it looks like im actually an incredibly productive worker but the truth is that im actively manipulating my managers and being more personable with them than the other shmucks and its working
i dont abide by the general "dress code" than everyone else does, i hide in the bathroom when nobody is watching, and because im fucking weird and open minded i manage to make GREAT decisions at times that no one else wouldve thought to do and its earned a lot of trust my way
i do everything i can in my power to make it not feel like a job
this is how ive always led my life and i think if i wasnt able to do this id have ended it a long time ago because i cannot abide by a normal schedule and life
also i leave an hour early at a minimum
