Original title was "クリスマスの条件" or "Christmas Requirements" as Furinkan translated it. It seems 条件 means terms or conditions. And yes, クリスマス is Christmas or Kurisumasu.

I love this chapter and I love this cover. Also, Furinkan notes that: "Double-numbered issues indicate that a new issue will not be published the following week. This is done to give the artists a holiday break." So yeah, this was the last chapter of 2011.
