agree and I say this as a big fan of it. it's thought provoking and the characters are fun. I think they really dropped the ball toward the end. it just has a rabid fan base and also it came out longer ago when anime had a smaller audience and fans had a higher tolerance for cheesy acting and situations. I still have no clue why the video game is rated so highly on steam
