Aright, here's the deal. TBC has been changed to where all buffs are now raid wide. This means you need at most one of each class. Totems are raid wide, JC necks are raid wide, heroism/bloodlust is raid wide and gives sated, LW drums are raidwide, SP mana is still the same, and BM hunter buff is capped at 1%.
What do you fill the remaining 8 slots with? You have to pick 1 healer because there are only 4 currently rostered.
