Fill them at home with temp cavity filler, and when it falls out. Fill it again. It generally last pretty long depending on the cavity, mine normally lasts at least 2 months per fill. I've been doing it for a decade now. You can also buy the more permanent fillers online that are way more expensive. But I don't see the need in that. They say "you have to have it drilled before you fill it!!!" but like I said I've been filling mine without drilling for a decade and nothing has happened.

If I forget to fill them I get a massive tooth infection and want to kill myself though, so make sure not to forget.
