Right now E2 phanion (100% increase) is much better then chess lady (20-25% increase). There has been E2 creep in 3.x so E2 is always better for the push dps over their best support.

I also have the eidolon and its a huge fucking deal
The biggest one was flame reaver where its an easy 0 cycle with E1 Tribbie with my E6 Acheron, but its nearly 2 cycles without her.
