That's not how this works, unless your AOE is flat X % damage to all enemies. The major modern AOE damage dealers actually deal a lot more damage to the central target by themselves, and Tribbie also deals some damage to them that doesn't get counted. Heck I say modern, even the oldest AOE shill character do. Argenti has bounce, which hits the big targets after the first cleave finishes the adds (in most cases), though bounce in particular is really bad with Tribbie's effect regardless of if you kill or not. Jing Yuan has LL which is hardly AOE to begin with.

Don't get me wrong, it's not terrible, but it's one of those "do what you do really well already anyways even better" things, which THerta and Rappa don't really give a shit about. I think you'll find a place for her going forward for quite a while. Plus her auto actually doesn't skill even with 3 SP available, which is something you won't find very quickly. I think even Topaz isn't having SUCH a low skill importance set, though she definitely has a low one as well.

Unlike Tribbie, that's likely going to be much less relevant rather sooner than later, as she's too AOE focused, slow and not too SP positive, I think the cat will have interesting niche's for a long time. She is Topaz but actually for every playstyle (even dot or break can be technically done, but also HP scaling, ATK scaling. She can be used anywhere.).

Pretty fun, but kinda weird how it was the flagship event. Normally they have a bit more story, this was just Gio showing up. Also, the one that is probably the most broken is the break one with the candle if you get the effect that advances summon weapons when a launch weapon attacks. The break weapon triggers when you deal super break damage, so high enough attack frequency creates an infinite loop that fully advances the candle. Himeko was pretty funny with this, since the weapon breaks and kills the adds, Himeko gets 3 charges from that and does her fua, which hits the boss with supebreak triggering the weapon that now attacks the new adds. Almost infinite loop, although sometimes it can bug out and Himeko doesn't do her fua. Can also run other team members, like Anaxa double skill triggers the weapon twice, Hyacine can do the same during ult state, and maybe Aglaea's dual attack counts as two hits as well.

Problem they have with getting waifufags in this game is that the girls aren't really that waifuable. They got something going with blandfly and tried again with blandorice but it feels like every other female they aren't specifically waifu baiting with is an afterthought that gets no focus so the only thing left to roll for is design, and at that point might as well go play Nikke or some shit. If they want sales they have to make either characters that are actually waifuable or attractive females that are meta or are just appealing out of the box. Sparkle sold pretty well despite being a total brick and getting no focus.

i just roll horizontally in gacha games in general. I clear and still get my gems and pull for cool characters. But i understand having the sentiment of rolling for your favorite and being disappointed in them sucking.
