Oh right, remember back at launch CC when certain crowd control abilities lasted like 3 or even 4 seconds? I think both forms of RDM's Reso was 3s before the Silence was cut to 2.

Thank you for the reasonable explanation, but I've been wishing for WHM LB to go to 75s or not stun or not do an insane 20,000 damage for literally ever. At least one of these, especially now that it's right back to being arguably the best CC class yet again. At least drop the manaburn.........
