They're not philosophically relevant.
In philosophy, faith has not been of relevance since, most likely, Kant or Husserl. From them onwards, most are philosophical theists (the abstract god of the philosophers), or atheists; faith in the Christian sense is just laughable.
Atheists were made to inquire into truth - philosophy starts with the destruction of dogma.
