Are these fine modules for a good price or should i get something else? Everything has free shipping.

Im building two voc/formaldehyde sensors with one also measuring CO2 in an enclosed space(these ones monitor rooms with nasty chemicals) and the rest will be used on two regular air quality packages, one with a particle sensor.

Are these good for these use cases?
