I've been wondering lately, what do you think is the typical $/kg they use at cafes? Can't be that high actually, because it would cut into their margins too much, right?
So the average /ctg/ anon probably makes better coffee at home than the professionals. Maybe it's different for espresso because a commercial set-up is like 3-4x as expensive as a typical quality home set-up and that makes up for the lower bean quality?
