And not all options will be just beastmen as regular humans are much more common beastmen are mostly used as elite or specialized troops with extremely few managing to gain rank as they are seen as unreliable commanders(discrimination) so human troops make the vast majority of conscript soldiers but also the vast majority of those with rank.
