If he's going to the various Pokemon Centers, ask for the Iron Moth Chogokin, and maybe Bundle. Last time I went was in February, and I don't know how fast product moves there, but at least I paid retail. Also look at the moncolle website so you can see which ones to get. IIRC they had every moncolle
