Seems decent actually, having Turf S and Medium S is huge. Guts at 404 is good, 400 is the absolute minimum. Also you shouldn't buy the Long Corner skill if your Uma won't be running Long races, your stamina is way too low for Long races in Team Trials PvP, and if you are Front Runner, you will need more Stamina.
Once you have better support cards and get better parents, this is what you should be aiming for in terms of stamina. (gold is recovery gold skill)
