I'm going to posit a difference reasoning. I think it's a mixture of time and relevancy.

Undertale's almost a decade old. Back when I first started posting there were several of them but between the wait for DR they just gradual left, or at revert to lurking. Also culture change as favefagging was much more en-vogue back in the day.
>Relevancy
Chara/Frisk are dried up in terms of discussion (only so much you can do with Mad Libs I suppose?) and don't exist in DR. Thus they aren't relevant to recent discussions (DR) and won't be until Toby makes some extra lore tidbits about them (pic related).
