Literally none of those are Eitaku endings. Only Living Idol you can spin as such, and even then it's a degenerate rape fetishist one. But considering that Eitaku fujos are fucked up in the head and get off on rape, I guess that fits the bill.
Also funnily enough, all of those are bad endings which shows that Eitaku is undesirable slop. Takumi isn't happy in any of those endings and dies in a few of them, too.
