This might be the first time where a skillset's melee has been made to behave differently to the base character's melee.
Strike Kendo's melee has a much farther tracking range, but the same speed as Assault Kendo's melee, which means it approaches VERY fast. Kendo's melee was already one of the best in the game, but now it might be THE best.
Strike Kendo's full melee string also sends an enemy into hard knockdown, so it can't be combo'd, whereas Assault Kendo's full melee string knocks an enemy into the air, but only has 400 down power so it can still be combo'd.
