It is the most obvious thing that can cause affect measuring results. This is why I'm not doing workouts while testing saw palmetto. Btw you may know it but you shouldn't measure after doing workout for at least 2-3 hours, when exercising the blood is being pumped into the muscles which cause them to swell in size.

Pullover. I can make 25 pull-ups with no problems.

Tons of it actually. I don't drink coffee at all but I add much salt to my food. I guess, I should avoid consuming it completely for a while?
