Black Parade is great and timeless because they went full rock opera with it and made it tell a self-contained story with a universal human theme that anyone can relate to. I like Three Cheers but I wish they had gone with this direction from the start. it does make the labum really special in a way tho

I just like their music desu. I'm not into Emo bands at all but MCR stuff was always really experimental and fun. Black Parade is probably my favorite because they not only refined their style also went full rock opera and made something timeless that can be interpreted in many different ways. Besides the vocals, Gerard is a pretty good storyteller and also a pretty good comic artist
