This is not the best pic but you can see her boobs are already in that position/shape. The layers of fabric just got in the way, I know she's supposed to be naked but you can see they added something that takes all the right shape and physics in the exact way you described. Actually, you are probably right, they must have used her real boobs only as reference and remade them in some 3D software from scratch.
