Honestly yeah, its all fake and they only use men for resources. They see us as bags of money and in charge of fixing whatever stupid or pointless issue they find. Here's manga version where it expands on everyone's story and at the end of the manga her husband does find her wearing lingerie in a shared apartment with Satou, wearing a dog collar. Satou himself was just done convincing her to not ruin her marriage and got all the blame and pain, when she was fully at fault.

This is totally how I expect any relationship with Hitomi end up like. Gotta say the manga gets more based every minute, I fail to understand the hate for it
