Yeah, easily. I dont own Wrathmoggers DLC so I couldnt test them, but even Doomseekers beat Ku´gath if they dont take too many hits when closing in. Doomseekers get bodied by Wrathmongers even though they get Anti-Infantry bonus against them but not Ku´gath, so Wrathmongers should win easily.
