You have to have pretty poor media literacy to not see the shippability. The season arc is literally the two of them getting closer complete with a mid arc "break up" and the big after the final battle moment of catharsis is the two of them finally hugging. Wednesday spends nearly the whole season basically just using the two guys interested in her to get farther along in the investigation but is vulnerable with Enid day one and outright taking orders from her by episode 2. She has no qualms throwing either of the two boys under the bus but when Enid confronts her and leaves she admits that "for the first time in her life" being alone feels bad.
Ships don't just massively explode in direct opposition to canon romance plots for no reason. It was a modern day gelphie.
