This unironically keeps me up at night. Not only is it a cultural touchstone for most of East Asia, it's also an internationally successful video game franchise. I get people would argue over WHEN exactly to set it? If it's only three kingdoms it'd be pretty one sided, but before that you might have trouble with certain factions steamrolling the map from such lopsided group sizes.
