The way that works is you are transported into your own pocket dimension where you're God. But to answer your question, yes, deals can be made in return for a tribute. They seem to agree with source energy from the heavens. It personally gives me a massive boost of energy that keeps me going like the energizer bunny. It seems like it does the same to them. Who knows what they do with the energy. I don't even know their names. The results have been consistent though because I'm consistent with my tribute.
