I don't know, there is still quite a few reveals left in the series.
Right now I was thinking that I could just remove the background restriction for the capstones, seeing how Father-kun is becoming a Demon Lord by getting the blessings/powers of the demon lords he fought and how Lucifer can use the same free-form miracles than Father can.

Probably would need to add Michael's Sword Replica and Lucifer's incomplete omniscience, and maybe Bel's Ark? Not sure if that counts as a regular spell.

And we still have Baba Yaga and whatever Satan has planned to deal with a demon lord Father-kun.

He is just a cute tsundere rival. Also, Lucifer also said that Bel's plan could have succeeded and that he would have been happy with that ending too, meaning that Bel's barricade worked not only on Mammon but on all Demon Lords and also the angels.

I think Lucifer is the strongest Demon Lord mostly because a matter of compatibility right now. Sure, he probably has the most raw power, but it was said no demon can't win against the angelic power of Satan's sword. And Lucifer holds the same power.

Also, Satan's angelic power comes from his sword, which is a replica of Michael's sword. How he can wield it freely is still to be seeing. We probably need to wait to see who is the person frozen in Cocytus (seems like Lilith).
