This guy is easily the most irritating and smug health and fitness "intellectual" out there. I hate the way he talks. He absolutely loves the sound of his own voice. I agree with some of his libertarian views but even I start to roll my eyes when he starts running his mouth. I have only seen a few videos with him. I just remember him talking about the free market and he started glazing the fuck out of Logan Paul's Prime drink and the interviewer asked him if he ever drank it and Mike said no but he knew a guy who told him it sold well. In general this guy is such an extremely annoying combo of SCIENCE and stolen gym bro valor. Not to mention his unfathomably hideous head, face and body. Just looking at him fills me with the same rage I feel when looking at Anthony Fantano.
