Consider growing in movable containers and having a sacrificial plant. Just accept one plant might get bugs or mites and when you see it, move it away from the rest and just let them have it. Neem oil never seems to work well. Just raising something up in a container makes bugs less likely to get at it, I grow most things in walmart totes with holes drilled in the bottom for drainage
