Figured what the hell and did a couple of rotations on Goku again. Got my second copy on the second step again with my third rotation.
I'm tempted to finish the rotation and see if I can get a third copy with how my luck has been going on this banner, but I know the smarter thing to do would be to try and get at least one copy of Ultra Frieza.
