Again, is there anything stopping you from getting a minimum wage job?
I'm not gonna tell you how to live your life, but if you want some guidance I'd probably do something like this:
>get a shitty job to earn the bare minimum, do that until you have some money to order hrt (keep living with your parents)
>focus on getting a GED equivalent in your country (maybe quit your job right after if you don't think you can do both at the same time)
You're probably not getting any plastic surgery soon, though, but an e vial was 50 euro on astrovials last I checked. Lasts up to a year or so no problem
That's a start. Easier said than done, but it's probably a path you can follow.
Staying still is just gonna make things worse, I'm afraid.
