on games AFTER the initiative is drafted into a law, the law of which you changs know you'll get a say in but isn't "absolutely everything I want regardless of who gets screwed" so you are pretending like you wont actually know in advance. you will you just want to fuck people over so you are pleading complications and vagueries where there is none.
