Why are you dumb fucks saying pulling Kitasan Black is a brick?
if you have 30k that's 200 pulls which if you spend all your pulls your odds are:
2+ copies 78% (bad)
3+ copies 44% (ok)
4+ copies 20% (decent)
5+ copies 6% (ideal)
and then later in the game in 1-3 months time you will get the ability to farm cards which you will be able to max it, however if you don't even have a single copy then you are fucked
