At worst it's on his level, but I'd say above. He's got some pretty nice and dynamic keyposes, as well as some nice subtler movements in there as well, and overall the timing is pretty good. It's a little hard to gauge because I don't think Scrag has animated anything that moves this quickly. Giant bodies are big and slow and plodding. It's a different kind of difficult where the objective is to make the giant body feel heavy simply by its movements. Pacific Rim 1 was great at this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRKviUgMP4o . The robot moves almost like it's underwater because moving each huge limb takes way more energy. It looks like it's heavy even if you turn the sound off.
