tenshin rishin style (which is available on 1kat and odachi) have this grab that will interrupt panicked (health bar red) enemies. if you do your combos enemies shouldn't be panicked in neutral but enemies like webm related can do double red attacks which you can choose to ignore if you react with this.

I dont remember if there are any other moves with similar properties specifically against panicked enemies.
