Infernus is now Infeedus and his ult does 5 times more damage but kills him instantly. Abrams is now a Minion-colored yellow. Furthermore, Seven sits in in a wheelchair and his new ult is a lightspeed wheelchair ram.

The shopkeeper will now call your character slurs from time to time. Also new items like Scrotum Scroll, Abortion Amulet, Hag Hex & have been added. Another item lets you pause the game once every minute.

Instead of jungle farming creeps, you take side quests from NPCs and solve puzzles. Midboss has been removed and replaced by a Mario Party-esque 6v6 minigame.

After 30:00 minutes if nobody has won, a Battle Royale-like circle forms and gets smaller and smaller over time.

Also an experimental extraction mode was added.
